Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using SiteStream, you agree to these terms. If you use SiteStream on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Service

SiteStream provides construction workflow tools including RFI capture, project records, AI-assisted summaries, photo descriptions, plain-English translations, jobs board workflows and invoicing support.

3. Accounts and Content

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy, legality and rights to any content you upload or create in SiteStream. You retain ownership of your project content.

4. AI Features

AI outputs may assist with drafting, summaries and explanations, but they are not a substitute for professional judgement. Users remain responsible for checking outputs before relying on them.

5. Payments

Paid plans, platform fees and invoice-payment features may be billed through app stores, Stripe or other payment providers. Fees shown are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
